From 1 April 2023, Surrey County Council (SCC) will be taking back the enforcement of on street car parking in the district.
Currently, Sevenoaks District Council carries out parking enforcement in the district as well as issuing parking permits.
From 1 April 2023:
On street parking fines (known as penalty charge notices) will be issued by NSL (part of Marston (Holdings) Ltd), working on SCC’s behalf.
Details on how to pay or challenge a notice will be explained on the back of the notice.
Resident parking permits will be issued by NSL.
SCC’s parking webpages will be updated to advise residents of these changes,
