Due to the Covid-19 outbreak all Council meetings, including meetings of the Planning Committee, are subject to change until further notice. This follows instructions from the government about gatherings and the advice from Public Health England about social distancing https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-guidance-on-social-distancing-and-for-vulnerable-people
Under normal circumstances, Warlingham Parish Council meet in Warlingham Library, Shelton Avenue at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of each month except August. There is no meeting in August.
The Planning Committee meet to discuss planning applications every three weeks on a Tuesday evening, usually at 7:30pm (doors open at 7:15pm), also in Warlingham Library. Occasionally, start times vary slightly (see below for details)
The meetings are open to the public and there is a short period before the start of each meeting for the public to raise comments. If you wish to attend a meeting, please get in touch with the Clerk in advance.
You can view or download minutes of the Council’s previous meetings in our Documents section.
