Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our library volunteers and Surrey Libraries
staff, Warlingham Community Library has been able to remain open for business,
throughout the current Covid-19 lockdown, offering Click & Collect and essential IT services.
Libraries are included in Step 2 of the Government’s Covid-19 roadmap out of the
current lockdown and, subject to there being no further changes, Warlingham Library
will be able to offer limited browsing services from 12 th April.
Visitors to the library will continue to be subject to Covid-19 restrictions, including
limiting the number visitors in the library at any one time and social distancing. We
will also continue operating our reduced opening hours of 10 to 1 pm every Tuesday,
Thursday, Friday and Saturday but we hope to be able to extend our opening hours to at least one afternoon a week in the near future.
The volunteers and staff of Warlingham Library are very much looking forward to
welcoming visitors back to the library again and being able to offer as close to a full
library service as is possible in these circumstances.
