    David Cooley is married to Pam, has four children and has lived in Warlingham for the past 31 years. He is a director of several companies in the financial services sector with over 45 years’ experience.

    He is a Member of Tandridge District Council representing Warlingham West and is Vice Chairman of the Council. He has served on a number of committees at Tandridge and is currently a member of the Resources and the Overview and Scrutiny Committees. David represents Tandridge on a number of bodies. He is a Director and Trustee of Warlingham Church Hall, a Trustee of The Harman Atwood Charities, a member of the Surrey Countryside Partnerships Board and the Upper Medway Internal Drainage Board.

    David represents the Parish Council on the Warlingham Christmas Lights Committee, the Warlingham Community Library Management Committee, the WW1 Commemoration Committee, the Planning sub-committee and the Green Improvement Working Group. He is a Governor of Hamsey Green Primary School and was Chairman of the Parish Council from May 2014 until May 2016.
